Allison Crawford, MS BCBA

Owner and Executive Clinical Director

Allison has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in the area of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism since 2006. She began her career in Alabama while obtaining her Master’s degree in Psychology at Jacksonville State University. She continued by becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children and adults with a variety of diagnoses. Over the years, she has developed special interests in verbal behavior, especially in young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Since moving to Tennessee, Allison has been involved in ABA across the state in a variety of capacities including serving on the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis Executive Committee and working on an Autism Insurance Reform Task Force. Allison moved to Crossville in 2011 and has been providing ABA services in the Upper Cumberland ever since. After noticing that the community needed more ABA service providers, Allison set out to start Momentum Behavior Analysis to better meet the needs of the community. Momentum became a reality when it opened its doors in June 2015.

Holly Easterly, MS BCBA

Behavior Analyst

Before beginning her education in ABA, Holly provided direct support services to adults with various developmental disabilities (Autism, Fragile X, Down Syndrome and Traumatic Brain injury) for a year and a half. While providing services to adults, she realized the importance of early intervention services. There were so many adults that she worked with that could have been taught valuable skills as children that would have helped them to be more independent and have a better quality of life. After gaining that experience, Holly obtained her Master’s of Science in Criminology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She currently provides Applied Behavior Analysis interventions to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Holly looks forward to continuing to provide ABA services and raising awareness of these excellent interventions/procedures.
